Total Distance Challenge

Start Date: April 1, 2025

End Date: April 30, 2025

Run, walk, cycle, swim, row, climb stairs, or use an elliptical to rack up as many miles as you can. You will compete against other participants for gift cards and additional prizes will be given at random for just participating.

All activities must be tracked using a wearable device, pedometer or cell phone health app.

Walking/Running will be used as the competition medium to make activities as even as possible.

Running/Walking 1 mile = 2 miles cycling,

Running/Walking 1 mile = .25 miles swimming,

Running/Walking 1 mile = 1.25 miles rowing,

Running/Walking 1 mile = 35 Flights of stairs,

Running/Walking 1 mile = 1.2 miles on an elliptical

There will be no log book for this challenge as all activities will be tracked with your phone’s health app or wearable fitness tracker

An email will be sent to all participants prior to the end of the challenge with submission instructions.
